Binge It ("we," "us") is owned and operated by Middle Ground LLC. This website, GetBingeIt.com, is a pre-launch page for the Binge It app. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect on this site and what we do with it.
The only personal information this site collects is your email address, and only if you choose to join our waitlist. We don't collect names, locations, or anything else.
We use waitlist email addresses for one purpose: to contact you about Binge It — for example, to invite you to the beta or announce the launch. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. You can read Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which may log basic technical data (such as your IP address) when the fonts load.
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
If you'd like your email address removed from the waitlist, email us at hello@getbingeit.com and we'll delete it.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted their email, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we update this policy — for example, when the app launches — we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
